We are now able to offer remote Consultations from both our Winchester and Petersfield Practices. If you would like to have a remote consultation we will ask you to complete some forms online for us and send some photos prior to the consultation. Please see our tutorial video on how to take these photos.
If you decide to proceed with treatment, you will still need to attend for a full clinical examination prior to going ahead.
Once you have booked a remote consultation with our reception you will be contacted via email. This email will confirm the date and time of your appointment as well as providing medical and social history forms for any new patients to fill out. In this email you will find a link to your Remote Consultation appointment, as well as a request for some photographs of your teeth.
Following your initial phone call, a member of our reception team will be in touch via email. This email will confirm the date and time of your appointment as well as providing medical and social history forms for any new patients to fill out. In this email you will find a link to your Zoom appointment, as well as a request for some photographs of your teeth.
You will need to send to us a series of photographs of your teeth. This is so that our Specialist Orthodontists can have a good look at your teeth before your appointment time to give them an idea of a suitable treatment plan for you. It is really important that the photographs you take are good quality and show all the teeth required. In total you will need to send us five photos from different angles, please see our tutorial video to show you how to do this. Taking photos with a mobile phone camera works very well.
Please email your photographs 24 hours prior to your appointment to: email@example.com
Using the Zoom link found in your email from us, follow the onscreen instructions and you will be connected with one of our Specialist Orthodontists. They will have already looked at the photographs of your teeth and will be able to talk you through their findings.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation we are offering these remote consultations, but we will still need to perform a face to face assessment before we can proceed with any planned orthodontic treatment.
